Aquanex teaches 40 schoolchildren from Trujillo how to use water wisely

Aquanex specialists acted as teachers, demonstrating to schoolchildren how water reaches their homes and what treatments it undergoes to become suitable for drinking.

The Aquanex education programme, Aqualogía, reached the town of Trujillo this Friday to teach young pupils about the importance of responsible water use. The event, which took place in a classroom at the María de la Paz Orellana primary school in two sessions, involved over 41 third- and fourth-year primary schoolchildren.

Aquanex specialists acted as teachers, demonstrating to schoolchildren how water reaches their homes and what treatments it undergoes to become suitable for drinking, and how it is returned to the natural environment. In this way, through games, interactive videos, and even scientific experiments, the schoolchildren learnt first-hand about the process water passes through before it comes out of the taps in their homes.
